We have secured our 30 Years Annivesary Gala at the beautiful Hyatt Hotel by the St. Johns River and we are working on reowned Entertainers such as Keith Wann and the Magician, Simon Carmen! It will be held on November 1st, 2008!
Our computer had crashed and lost many addresses. If you want to be invited; I need your mailing address to come to the exciting event!

There are many exciting new changes coming this way in the year of 2008!!
Next year in October -November, 2008, we will celebrate RCAD's 30 years Gala! We have formed a committee and we are still needing more volunteers to help with this special event.
In the meantime, please check the announcements and see many new exciting performers coming this way!
We have added Birth Announcements and Obituaries link and please let us know what is happening within our Deaf community!

New Officiers of RCAD! (updated 12/3/07)
Thank you everyone for your support to keep RCAD standing strong for another 2 years!! I am proud to say the new Officiers are: President - Herbie Quinones, Vice President - Kerry Cooler, Treasurer - Danny Shaw, Assistant Treasurer - Terry Perdue, Secretary - Don Cooler, Board of Trustees - Maddy Reckert, Chae Mason, and Janet Quinones. They will be on the page next month.
The Christmas event was very nice and we had a good turnout! Santa Claus made lots of kids happy and he even posed with children for pictures! A good number of people won prizes which are 20 gift cards and decorative things for Christmas.
Next month is an Open House and everyone are welcome to meet and socialize. This is your opportunity to meet the new officiers and give feedback and ideas in order to make new changes in RCAD.
Next year we will have 30 years annivesary banquet and already we are making plans to make it happen! We are forming a committee and we are open for volunteers that want to help. We could always use more help!

Hello Everybody!
Christmas event is coming around the corner and come prepared to have a wonderful time!
Please be sure to bring a wrapped gift for each child that you bring to ensure that no child will be left out when Santa Claus give gifts from the bag. THERE WILL BE LOTS OF DOOR PRIZES TO GIVE AWAY!!
Speaking of the Deaf Club, we assure you that RCAD is NOT closing but it does NEED your help to keep it going strong.
We will also be conducting an election for new Officiers for the next term since there were not enough members to vote last month. Many of the Members went on the Deaf Cruise which explains why the election was postponed.
